What this calculator does

It totals cash, metal value (from live rates), investments, and receivables, subtracts debts you enter, then compares the net figure to gold or silver nisab in PKR. If wealth meets nisab, it applies the common 2.5% rate.

Nisab weights used here

Gold nisab is treated as 87.48 grams (about 7.5 tola) of fine gold. Silver nisab is 612.36 grams (about 52.5 tola) of silver. These are the classical weights many Pakistani calculators use; your scholar may advise differently.
